Introduction
One of the best known Indian badminton players, Saina Nehwal has a lot to her credit. She is one of the best known Indian Badminton players and has managed to make the Indian audience take notice of this sport. Apart from upsetting some of the top seeded players in the arena of World Badminton, Saina has won several top notch championships, She also has to her name the distinction of being the first Indian woman to have entered the Quart Final’s at the Olympic Games.

An excellent Indian Badminton player, Saina Nehwal is arguably the best female Indian Badminton player currently in India. She has to her name some remarkable feats like achieving the 2nd ranking in the world and winning three International tournaments back to back and Saina has continuously shown her mettle by upsetting top seeded players in World Badminton.. Her biggest achievement is that she became the first Indian woman to reach the Quart Final round at the Olympic Games. She was awarded Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award this year for her magnificent performance in International tournaments.
